This prestigious award recognizes his professionalism and strong student training results after accumulating 2,100 flight hours as an instructor on CPT and OPT. Daniel joined Pelican in 2022 as an international student, completed his training, and transitioned into teaching in 2024, becoming a steady, calm presence who turns stressful lessons into learning moments.
His path shows how Pelican supports international students through structured programs to build real aviation careers. In December, on his last day, the team gathered for a warm farewell, thanking him for every hour, student uplift, and choice of patience over routine. Daniel replied that Pelican and its people left a huge impact on his life, keeping him part of the family.
