Yes. We arrange apartments in gated communities within walking distance of North Perry Airport, so you do not need a car to get to class. A shared room is $750 per month and a private room is $1,500 per month, with a refundable deposit of $500. We meet you on arrival and drive you to your new home.
Plan on roughly $600 to $800 per month for rent plus groceries and transport on top. Pembroke Pines sits between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and costs noticeably less than either city centre. Most international students find the total monthly budget lands between $1,200 and $1,800 depending on how they live.
The apartments are fully furnished and located in secured, gated communities. Residents get two swimming pools, a gym, a billiard room, tennis and basketball courts, a BBQ and recreation area, and free parking. The area is patrolled around the clock.
No. Student housing is within walking distance of the airport and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Many students still buy a used car for around $2,000, which works out cheaper than taxis over a 14 to 18 month program. If you do not drive, we arrange ride sharing with other students.
Lease length is flexible and set to match your program, so you are not locked into a fixed academic year. The $500 deposit is refundable at the end of your stay. Tell admissions your program dates and we will match the lease to them.
Yes. Family members need the matching M-2 or F-2 visa, and we have helped many students through that process. Housing for families is arranged separately from shared student apartments. Contact admissions early, because family visa processing adds time to your start date.
All students are covered by a school-issued policy for training and time on school property, at no extra cost. On top of that we strongly recommend an emergency health policy for everything outside the school. International students can join our group policy for $75 per month.
