Oleksandra Kochmar began her professional career in the legal field, serving as a Court Clerk at the Odessa Appellate Commercial Court from 2010 to 2011, followed by a position as Assistant Referee from 2011 to 2014. Her background in law provided her with a strong foundation in process management, documentation, and institutional responsibility.
In 2022, she transitioned into aviation management by joining Pelican Flight Training as a Student and Staff Manager. In this role, she played a key part in day-to-day operations and became a trusted point of contact for students navigating their training journey.
In 2025, Oleksandra was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where she now oversees daily operations and contributes to the continued growth and efficiency of the organization.
